1. Booking
a) Bookings and payments are made via the website. The field can only be used if it has been booked and paid for.
b) Cancellations: If you arrive late, the booking cannot be extended.
c) Refunds: We operate a non-refund policy.
d) Severn Farm Secure Dog Field reserves the right to withdraw permission to use the facility at their own discretion.
e) Bookings are non-transferable.
2. Visiting Severn Farm Secure Dog Field
a) Arriving and Departing: It is your responsibility to ensure that there is a sufficient amount of time to unload your dog(s), use the field and load your dogs into the vehicle during your allocated time slot. Please note that the time slot is not just for the time in the field. Please do not arrive more than five minutes before your time slot is due to start.
b) It is your responsibility to ensure that the site is suitable for your dog.
c) It is your responsibility to ensure that both entrance gates are closed whilst using the field.
d) Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times until within the secure area of the field.
e) Please keep your dogs on a lead at all times until the previous users have loaded their dogs back in their vehicle, closed the gate and exited.
f) Children are welcome to visit the site but must be fully supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The agility equipment is designed for dogs only and children are not permitted to use this equipment. Children must not climb on the fencing and gates on the site.
g) Smoking is strictly prohibited.
h) Barbecues are not permitted.
I) In the event of bringing a friend/family or sending someone in place of you, you agree that you assume responsibility for their safety & ensure they abide by the T&Cs at all times while using the field.
3. Code of Ethics
a) Dogs must not be left unattended at any time. Your dog must not be tethered to any permanent structure on the site. No dogs are to be left unattended in vehicles.
b) The equipment is for canine use only. Before using this facility, please ensure your dogs are physically fit and strong enough to perform activities.
c) Choke chains, prong collars and electronic devices are not permitted.
d) Physical or verbal harsh handling of dogs is not acceptable.
e) In keeping with the law regarding ‘responsible dog ownership’, you are entirely responsible for yours and your dog’s safety whilst visiting Severn Farm Secure Dog Field. The law states you should always be in control of your dog(s).
f ) All dogs visiting the field must be up to date with their vaccinations and be regularly treated for flea, tick and worm prevention. Do not bring your dog if they have been unwell in the last 48 hours.
4. Housekeeping
a) You must bring your own poo bags and remove all poo after your dogs. Severn Farm Secure Dog Field will provide a dog waste bin.
b) It is your responsibility to pick up after your dog(s) whilst on site and dispose of in the bin provided. Failure to do so will result in not being able to rebook.
c) No litter is to be left. Please take with you.
d) The field and fencing are checked daily. There is CCTV in place for your safety.
e) We do not take any responsibility for any dog escaping the field.
f) All dogs visiting the site must be up to date with their vaccinations and be regularly treated for flea, tick and worm prevention.
g) Please consider the weather conditions before your visit and do not use the equipment in wet or icy conditions.
h) Please take all balls / toys that you bring into the field away with you. If these have been chewed or broken, you must ensure that the field is cleaned up and these are removed.
5. Car Parking
a) All vehicles must be parked in the designated signed parking areas. Please note a maximum of three cars are permitted per time slot, if a third car has been paid for. This includes disabled parking.
b) CCTV is in place for your safety.
c) Please take care when leaving the car park and joining the main road.
d) Vehicles are left entirely at your own risk. Severn Farm accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage incurred, accident or otherwise, whilst on site.
6. Liability
a) No responsibility will be taken by Severn Farm Limited (owners) for damage, death or injury sustained to individuals, animals & property whilst on the site.
b) All vehicles parked on the site are left entirely at their owner’s risk. No responsibility for damage, theft or accidents can be taken Severn Farm Secure Dog Field.
c) The use of the field is at owners own risk. The field is a large outdoor space and contains areas of uneven ground which could be concealed under long grass or other vegetation, has overhanging branches from trees which may fall or have fallen and could contain other hazards consistent with the countryside, other hazards may include wild vegetation e.g fungi, acorns, wild plants & flowers.
d) Dog poo – whilst every effort is made to keep the field clean, we cannot guarantee (given the nature of the field) there will not be any dog poo in the field area.
Severn Farm Secure Dog Field accepts no liability for illness, injury or death of person(s) and Dog(s) whilst using the field.
7. Data Policy
a) Personal data is processed in line with GDPR regulations. The information will not be shared with any other parties.
8. XL Bullies
Dogs under The Dangerous Dogs Act (1991) must comply with the following to use Severn Farm Secure Dog Field.
a) You must provide your Certificate of Exemption and a copy of your third-party public liability insurance by email at the time of booking (this needs to be sent 24 hours before your booked slot) Please email all necessary documents to woof@severnfarmdogfield.co.uk
b) The dog must be micro chipped
c) The dog must be neutered
d) You must park within the secure field
e) You must ensure the gates are shut properly, and padlocked before removing the muzzle & lead
f) The dog must be put back in the car or muzzled and put on a lead before opening the gates to leave the field
If you have more than 1 dog (with only 1 banned breed in your household), they can come to the field together, if they have a minimum of 1 handler (aged over 16). All dogs leads and muzzles can be removed once in the field, including the banned breed dog.
If you have more than 1 banned breed dog in your household, they can come together but each banned breed dog must have its own handler (aged over 16).
If you visit the field with a banned breed dog and dogs from different households, the banned breed dog will need to always remain muzzled and on a lead with a minimum of 1 handler (aged over 16) per banned breed dog.

Severn Farm Secure Dog Field reserve the right to vary these T&Cs at any time. Any variations so made should be deemed to be incorporated in these conditions.
